Show us what is available
Include the product names, approximate quantities and condition. A stock list helps with larger lots, while clear photographs can explain smaller mixed clearances. Tell us whether the goods are boxed, palletised or loose.
We consider single pallets through to larger loads. Any offer depends on the goods, their condition and the cost of collection. If some of the stock has been opened, returned or damaged, say so when you enquire.
What to send
- Product names, quantities and pack sizes, with a stock list if you have one.
- Photographs of the overall lot and representative products.
- The condition of the goods, including opened packs or known damage.
- Pallet count, collection postcode and any deadline.
- Whether you need the whole lot considered together and any resale restrictions.
Mixed pallets and larger loads
For a mixed lot, separate the main product lines in your description. If there is no full manifest, tell us which quantities are estimates. We can then explain what else is needed to assess the stock.
Stock buying is subject to agreement. Do not send or move goods to us before the purchase and collection arrangements have been confirmed.
Useful questions
Do I need a complete stock list?
A list is useful for larger or mixed lots. If you do not have one, start with photographs, approximate quantities and the main product types. We will tell you what further detail is needed.
Can I offer the whole lot together?
Yes. Tell us which goods must be included in one purchase. We will assess the proposed lot before confirming what we can buy.
Do you buy all types of overstock?
We consider a wide range of stock, but each enquiry is assessed for condition, suitability and practical collection. Sending details is not an acceptance of the goods.
