How to sell your stock to us

You do not need a perfect inventory to start a conversation. Give us enough detail to understand what is available, its condition and where it is held.

A small stock lot arranged clearly for enquiry photographs.

Send the details

Describe the goods, quantities, condition, collection postcode and any deadline in the enquiry box. Email photographs separately.

We assess the stock

We review the information and ask for anything needed to assess a purchase. Some lots require an inspection.

Agree the purchase

Confirm the goods included, price, payment terms and any conditions before collection is booked.

Arrange the handover

Agree access, loading responsibilities and the collection window. Keep the agreed paperwork with the transaction.

Useful photographs

Email an overall view of the lot and close-ups of damage, packaging and relevant date labels. Good daylight and a clear view of the goods are more useful than filters or decorative backgrounds.

Leave personal documents, bank details and unrelated people out of the photographs. If a stock list is available, tell us in your description.

Payment and collection

We agree payment terms before collection. Tell us your deadline so we can confirm collection arrangements. Timing depends on the agreed purchase, location and access.

Useful questions

Does sending details commit me to selling?

No. The initial enquiry is for assessment. Any purchase needs to be agreed separately.

Do I need to know the exact quantity?

Provide a reliable estimate if an exact count is not available, and say that it is an estimate. We may need further information before agreeing a purchase.

What happens if the stock changes after I enquire?

Let us know before any agreement or collection. Quantities, condition and items included in a lot need to match the agreed purchase.

Tell us what you need to sell.

Share the quantities, condition and collection postcode in your enquiry. Email photographs to help us assess the stock.
